H. Cornell Beans
President and Co-Founder
|
Cornell Beans is the president and co-founder of CA Property Tax Savers and its parent company, Coastal Data Group. In this capacity, Beans provides strategic business development counsel to the organization, and oversees sales and product growth. A 17-year veteran of the real estate and title insurance industries, prior to founding CA Property Tax Savers, Beans was serving in the position of vice president and regional sales manager for United General Title, a division of First American Corporation, when the U.S. housing market crisis drove the necessity of his transition into entrepreneurship. His vast experience with data analysis and familiarity with the housing industry paved the way for his entry into supporting consumers through the property tax appeals process, and allowed him to ensure the results generated by CA Property Tax Savers' proprietary software include the best possible data, in the most ideal configuration. In addition to structuring the formula of the company's Quick Analysis tool, Beans was integral to the process of creating the site's structural design and functionality. During his tenure at United General Title, he increased the company's pre-tax profit by 180 percent and managed a team of 35 sales executives. Prior, Beans served as the vice president and sales manager for First American's operations in San Bernardino, where he restructured the sales department, increasing revenue by 35 percent. Beans resides in Coto de Caza, Calif. with his wife and two children.
